Workaround:

Let one machine boot at a time, restart other machines one at a time so they can boot

Problem: PXE Boot will only work for one machine at a time.

Other machines must fail and restart
Fail on pulling the vmlinuz file

Not a big deal. Lets just make sure it's documented so a user can follow simple instructions. I would say keep this open for further investigation down the road. If we can use vbox/vagrant to deploy a gem-master and 1 managed all-in-one node, then I'm sure happy for now. This will meet our testing/cicd reqs.
