Don't prune flash. Don't include comp_postprob, etc in flash output. #94

Also removes flash output tests that are no longer needed. Fixes #91 .

This doesn't quite fix the problem described in #91 -- during a backfit, the x's can increase far beyond the grid that was initially estimated. So we need to a way to expand the grid during backfitting.
