Clarify README on dependencies #9

This is how I fixed my dependencies and got the program to run.

In the migration to Python3, I did a huge overhaul of documentation and provided guidance on using python environments (e.g., via Conda or the venv module). I also provided a script for installing dependencies. Your suggestion was a good one and this is all adopted.
