Add missing dependencies #10

I added some missing dependencies: qvalue, pROC, and seqgendiff

I also setup CI with CircleCI. Their system makes it easy to upload artifacts, so we can view the log files to determine what is causing the errors. I don't have the admin priveleges, so could you please login to https://circleci.com with your GitHub credentials and activate the builds.
