Do we have any roadmap or timeline to release cell-type eQTL identification based on RNA-seq deconvolution within GTEx samples? Thanks Shicheng

@Shicheng-Guo GTEx Sorry our group (Stephens Lab) was responsible only for the multi-tissue eQTL analysis in the GTEx project. Have you tried to reach out Sarah Kim (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8051643/) see if there are pointers you can get from her? What she has done was cell-type ieQTL though.
