There is the description of the new publishing experience that is like ipynb-website but the main difference is that it should use nbviewer way of viewing: content publishers post ipynbs anywhere they like and nbviewer server render them on demand by link (I guess there can be caching). I find this way of content sharing is very convenient for publishers.
