Hi,stephenslab,thank you for providing a very useful tool.I have a question about how to use mashr to estimate the change in some quantity measured in multiple conditions compared with different conditions.I have observations at ten time points as ten conditions. Within a certain cell type, I want to know that each time point is most unique compared to the previous time point. eg,T1-T2,T3-T2,T4-T3.......How do I do that?
