No package called L0Learn #100

@gaow I've received reports from a couple of people getting the error

there is no package called 'L0Learn'

when trying to install with build_vignettes = TRUE.

@pcarbo one of the vignettes uses L0Learn which is actually is now on cran. But I wonder why we have buit_vignettes=TRUE in the installation instruction (in fact for most lab developed packages). I always remove that option when I install it myself. I would simply remove that option if there is other way to solve the problem than having to include L0Learn as a dependency.

I agree—let's remove build_vignettes=TRUE.
