update finemap.R wrapper for FINEMAP v1.4 #137

I'm submitting a pull request for some changes I recently made to the finemap.R script, in case you'd like these! Thanks for developing such a useful piece of software!

@aryarm Thanks! This is a very useful wrapper but I'm going to keep both FINEMAP 1.3 and 1.4 wrappers. I'll accept your PR, rename it to finemap_1p4.R and bring back the other one as finemap.R so it does not break our analysis pipelines based on that version.
