Input data for eQTL fine-mapping by summary data #161

Hi I have got an eQTL summury resutls from fastqtl (I have in sample LD matrix, variance of penotype Y) and want to do a fine-mapping task in furthur, I want to know

  1. whether the "slope" and "slope se" in the fastqtl result is equivalent to the "bhat" and "shat" options in the function "susie_rss", respectively?
