Thank you for this nice tool.

I was wondering if susie_rss() could be safely applied to GWAS summary statistic (SS) derived from a linear mixed effect model, the SS being the fixed effects of SNPs on qt outcome with hierarchical structure ( repeated measures for different groups)

@AMCalejandro in principle you can do that, but you need to be careful with the LD matrix adjusting for the covariates -- see more details in experiments of LMM + SuSiE in this preprint particularly figure 5c
