package name all lower case? #54

I think the best practice is to do all lower case.

And indeed, as I type, it is a pain to have the upper case R. A pain, but I think we should rename?

Not exactly a pain considering we do not have many users yet. Indeed lower case convention seems more popular though I did not find it very painful having to type susieR. The name susier somehow reads weird to me ... But I do not have a strong opinion on this matter.

@stephens999 I agree with @gaow that the uppercase "R" is warranted in this case; susier reads strangely.
