Implement `susie_auto` in summary statistics version #63

i'm running some analysis on summary statistics. Might have convergence issue that susie_auto_ss can potentially be very helpful.

I'm currently looking into convergence issues on "hard" examples... I'm not sure we want to go the current susie_auto route. Might be better to find other ways to initialize, eg based on convex problems (L1?)
