More languages and more features #4

Put more languages like. Brazillian Portuguese Japanese Bulgarian Portugal Portuguese Korean.

More features. One to grab vowels and make new words and ETC.

Just added all languages supported by Whisper to the UI and one for auto detect. Please note that for clips shorter than 30 seconds you will need to select a language. As far as getting individual vowels, I'm not sure how to implement that.

you know.. like a feature that the user can grab one vowel and another one an build that vowel to make a new word

I'll look into models for that and maybe add a mode or checkbox for vowels and phenomes. Now i'm focused on improving the timing accuracy.
