Ensembl 89 update #10

Dear Dr. Turner,

We're integrating the annotables package here at HBC into our new R packages for RNA-seq (bcbioRnaseq) and single-cell RNA-seq (bcbioSinglecell). However, we need to have the annotations up-to-date with Ensembl 89 for integration with our bcbio pipeline. I made a few additional code tweaks based on the tidyverse updates that improve the roxygen documentation and README. It would be great if the repo could be updated so that we can link to your package in our development builds that will eventually be submitted to Bioconductor.
