Don't Display Merge Commits #1

Pretty straightforward. Detect auto-merge commits at least and hide them from going to the IRC channel. Maybe have this toggleable on and off but really who wants that on.

Instead of hiding them entirely, perhaps we can just simplify the message sent to the channel, such as "SpoutDev/Spout/??? - Merge Commit #whatever - SomeRandomDude". Something that can fit into one message. Obviously, commits should be reported only to #spoutdev.

Or in this case, "Spouty/???" and sent to #Spouty or ##Spouty.
