Add S3 endpoint option #35

Allow to define the S3 endpoint, which is really useful when using S3 compatible storage, like Pithos.

I'm :+1: with this, and thanks for the patch. I am concerned though that the options for the plugin (in the documentation) are becoming unwieldy. Setting up S3 is trivial for experienced sysadmins, but may be more problematic for others.

When this merges, I would want to go in and improve the configuration documentation with more guidance.
