• What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...) This PR introduces a new feature of the loading component while fetching the data.

• What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here) There is no indication to the user if the results are being fetched: issue #97

• What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? The new behavior is that there is a circular progress bar displayed if the results of the data are being fetched.

• Does this PR introduce a breaking change? (i.e changes that may require users to update/refactor existing instances of the application) This feature does not introduce a breaking change.

but be careful, PLEASE COMPARE CAREFULLY DONT REMOVE ANY EXISTING FUCNTIONALITY FROM THE DEFAULT BRANCH
