Bug that needs to be fixed: excluding the command key in UserSpotSelection #9

If the user hits the command key (crucially, if they made something other than Matlab the frontmost program running), UserSpotSelection crashes on the "||" in one of the if statements.

Actually that was a really easy fix--done!
