Things to try with the prior: by 6/3? #8

Would be really nice: (1) Add a soft constraint to the prior that vals should be spaced by at least some amount

Less important to me right now: (2) Check if prior includes times past last transition point (3) Maybe add improper time prior

Re: (1) (the soft constraint), I'm thinking that constraint actually shouldn't be on vals but on the FRET value (which is vals/(vals+transformed_to_green_vals)). Because intensities can vary a lot, but the FRET is the thing that I don't want to change in too small of an increment.
