Updated standalone version #114

Hi and good day. Is there a way to download an updated standalone version? I see there is some bugs fixed from 3 months ago but the only link to download a standalone is from the official website and that version is from march 2020. BTW: i do not nothing about github or how github works, sorry if i'm saying something very noob.

I simply merged some automatic pull request, stuffs related to dependencies stuffs. But it doesn't change anything.

Sculptgl is not maintained anymore. My main project is now Nomad Sculpt, there's an experimental web version
