Hello!

When I update to Ruby 3.0, I get no implicit conversion of Hash into String and CSV import fails. https://github.com/stephskardal/rails_admin_import/blob/master/lib/rails_admin_import/formats/csv_importer.rb#L20

I've created a repository for reproduction (I've also created a branch with a monkey patch. https://github.com/DaisukeKogasaki/rails_admin_import_test

This is resolved in 2.3.0
