This seems like one of the difficult pieces of this idea (which I like, by the way) - how do you identify champions and get them to participate? How many champions do you need at a given conference in order for this to be a success?

Good question. I know how I would have done it at UW. Right now, I'd probably work on starting a list of contacts that my network knows in the field that might be willing to do this. I also have some "success stories" on a pinboard that I've found through the media. I'd add them to the list and start reaching out. I know @kaythaney knows a lot of folks everywhere. Reach out through our librarian networks?
