Add panda URDF #201

Panda URDF was generated from the following steps.

  1. Download latest CoppeliaSim version (v4.5.1 rev4)
  2. Import rlbench robot ttm to the latest CoppeliaSim version
  3. Use URDF exporter from latest version
  4. In the generated urdf file, manually convert Pandatip from a visual to a link

Someone else can do the same steps to get urdfs for the other robots.
