Inherit adjusted Firewall-Rules of Templates to subsequent VM's #40

Currently, if you create a new vm out of a vm-template the firewall-rules for the new vm are generated completely new.

Instead of this it would be nice if the firewall-rules for a new vm are inherited from the firewall-rules of the according vm-template. So repeated adaptions for the vm wouldn't be longer necessary.
