The user input on the create range page is not validated correctly.
After entering a valid IP address and switching forward to the netmask choice, the field IP Start Address gets marked red and stays red until a netmask is choosen and the ip address is changed again.
Furthermore it should not be possible to click the 'Create' button as long as not everything is validated as correct.
