When a VM gets deleted the relevant firewall script should be removed.
Currently, this is not the case. The firewall rules just gets unloaded.
A removal is necessary to prevent a mess or even an accidental re-use of the old firewall rules when creating a new machine with the same KVM machine number.
In my opinion, the following commands must be performed:
svn delete kvm_XXXX_chain.sh
svn commit -m "Deleted firewall script of kvm-XXXX because of machine removal"
