Need to update the README to include details on how to launch Powershell. Also how users can find their fingerprint, because that is required to get transactions from the wallet. Need to update the examples to reflect the -f command option for the fingerprint because it is misleading now without -f in the examples. They also may need to start Powershell by Right-clicking and choosing Run as Administrator.
