new AndroidX library migration. #279

The buttons used in the library are AppCompat buttons. Please upgrade the library to new AndroidX Material theme and material componants.

@nareshkatta99 is it causing an error?because I have to use this in my production-ready app which is fully in androidx . And to @stepstone-tech, will this library won't receive any more updates?
