Set up listserv #41

We need some sort of listserv for communicating & announcing.

Set up the listserv on Dreamhost, but the confirmation page for it showed it as being created for the wrong domain. I don't know whether that's a bug in the confirmation page or...?

I deleted that listserv and am trying again.

OK, fixed it. There was a radio button I'd forgotten to toggle the first time around.

Current status: awaiting the confirmation email to arrive so I can test things out.
