Hi,

I stumbled upon this project and it looks very interesting. I tried to use your demo but it does not seem to work for me. The webcam camera light turns on but I don't see any movement when moving the head. Do I have to enable something first?

Seems like it broke indeed. It used to work back in 2015 https://labs.steren.fr/2015/03/sketchfab-head-tracker/

I don't see obvious errors in the console

The head tracker library is loaded as master and bit a specific version, maybe this is the reason
