ZED over USB extension cable on Windows 7 #19

I keep getting ZED_NOT_AVAILABLE message when I try to use ZED over USB extension cable on Windows 7. While it works fine on Windows 10. Anyone has faced seen similar issue?

I believe this one is related to firmware or ZED SDK, since I can access ZED camera and images via UVC library interface.

Hi, I faced same issue as ZED_NOT_AVAILABLE, In my case i have opened an instance of ZED in Matlab, and concurrently tried to use the Depth viewer application in ZED SDK, which has caused the problem. When i closed either one of them, the error message did not show up. Hope this helps!!
