playbook to configure the node (create the /etc/stereum/ethereum2.yaml file and fill it with values from vars)

done, download the runable initial setup from https://stereum.net/downloads/init-setup-beta-4rc1.run and run

init-setup-beta-4rc1.run
    -e install_path="$install_path" \
    -e e2dc_network="$e2dc_network" \
    -e e2dc_client="$e2dc_client" \
    -e e2dc_override="$e2dc_override" \
    -e eth1_node="$eth1_node" \
    -e stereum_version_tag="$stereum_version_tag"\

and fill in the $vars.
