Very interesting! You've showed some of the trends that are more obvious, but you said that many of the trends you were expecting were not super explicit. What were you expecting to see?

I'd be interested to see the first graph start with 0 on the y-axis. Maybe the deviation wouldn't look as bad?

I like how you divided by conference, division and regular season vs playoffs.

Nice breakdown and good charts! I'd never even considered home vs. away score, that's a neat metric to pick out.

What was going on with point totals in the 2000s? Kind of cool how closely playoff scoring mirrored regular season scoring too!
