Remove initial tag requirement #3

Would be great if the step that detects the latest tag could handle an initial, un-tagged state without failing, improving the getting started workflow.

Just ran a new setup w/o an initial tag. The tag detector action seems to fall back to some kind of default now, removing the requirement for an initial tag.

Safe to remove this portion of instructions from the docs.
