feature: Implement dark theme & polish UI #314

This PR implements the theme used when the device is in dark mode, as well as some extra UI enhancements.

To test the new theme, I recommend adding the "dark theme" button to your device's toolbar, so you can easily switch between dark/light theme.

You can enable it by extending the notification panel, tapping the "pencil" button and then dragging the "Dark theme" tile.

Looks like a lot of commits but do not worry, they are very small! :)

Love it ! It looks really nice 👌 Unfortunately I have the same errors as you when running the tests locally. Also a small remark : the text in the windows for editing the title of a note/todolist is invisible (white on white)
