implement wide, expanded tabstops #2

timedot entries are 2-or-more-space separated, but (as I learned on hledger.org) using a wide, expanded tabstop helps to naturally tabulate the fields.

IIRC, it doesn't matter how many spaces you use for the syntax highlighting to work. If you're experiencing a problem, could you clarify? Perhaps post a screenshot.
