Info about mailinglist is missing #37

Since the old taxbird website is gone, there is no link to the mailnglist anymore (at least I did not find it).

I suggest putting it on both http://stesie.github.com/geierlein/ and in the wiki.

I don't consider the old taxbird mailing list applicable to Geierlein - and besides that don't think that it's actually needed nowadays as the Github issue tracker is common.
