make it so we can install directly from git #48

This changes the Makefile.PL to something that uses ExtUtils::MakeMaker (literally something that Dist::Zilla would generate) and adds a cpanfile so that cpanm git://github.com/stevan/p5-mop-redux.git will work for version above 1.6.
