Normalise postcode & tel number #5

Set a format for postcode & tel number and use it everywhere. eg. be clear about the space in a postcode and capitalisation. (I think this is OK already, but make it clear) For tel numbers, there's some with brackets and some without. I suggest standardising on a valid international number that would work on mobile links eg. tel:+442890245033

(could provide a validation script to check numbers, postcodes and external IDs are valid)
