patch out "no effect" code in ada_language_server #26

Temporary gps build fix which resolves the following error:

spawn-processes__glib.adb:341:07: warning: if statement has no effect

This is a temporary hack until Adacore fixes it correctly.

My patch reverted. Fixed upstream by commit https://github.com/AdaCore/ada_language_server/commit/6c532d7d3639a184638dd8a7d86e805d68f53b1c
