Multiple date pickers on the page creating performance issue #7

Hi, Im using this date picker for a form edit functionality, which has many input fields and date pickers. On adding multiple datepickers, webpage is very very slow. Could please help me to resolve this performance issue? Thanks In adavnce Ceepee
