[bug] The Select Summon button is not disabled for Arcarum Sandbox #168

Description

The Select Summon button in the Settings page is mistakenly still enabled when Arcarum Sandbox is selected.
This might lead to some wasted time as Arcarum Sandbox seems to be looking for summons when it shouldn't.
In addition, it prevents the Ready status unless a summon is selected.
