Player resumes music randomly

Most of the times I receive a call or I enter into a Google Hangouts meeting the music starts playing.

Possibly related: I've experienced the app start playing music immediately after waking up my computer (maybe because I hit the spacebar to wake computer up?). I never put the computer to sleep while music is playing and always stop the music.
