Mark past events as "unavailable" automatically? #226

Event cache owners often leave an event open (enabled) so attendees can write
their log, access trackables etc., before the cache is archived after some time.

For geocachers, it would make sense to automatically flag events of the past as
"disabled" or "unavailable" unless someone invents Time Travel: those events
cannot be reached anymore.

Like disabled normal caches, they should still be listed if the user requests
so (using the -z option).
This would affect the following cache types:
- Event Cache
- Cache In Trash Out Event
- Mega-Event Cache
- Lost and Found Event Cache
what about "Groundspeak Lost and Found Celebration"? Any type missing?

(If you agree, please "star". Otherwise, feel free to comment.)

Addressed by commit r1085.
Note that mega-events may take several days, and will be erroneously flagged as
Unavailable by this change after the first day. This looks wrong but you'd have
to have registered before.
