New date formats added by GS #308

With the 20140826 site update (probably, perhaps even before) GS added "dotted" 
date formats dd.MM.yyyy and dd.MMM.yyyy to the list of account settings. As 
c:geo has already implemented them, they should be supported by the next 
release.

According to some preliminary tests, the "text" variant (MMM) still uses 
English month names (their abbreviations, to be exact), thus no i18n is needed 
for now. And there is no MM.dd.yyyy or MMM.dd.yyyy, fortunately.

Some more date formats are supported by 3.22.0, this issue will be merged into 
310 later.
