Windows and other binary builds for 3.22.2? #315

Hello,

Have the binary builds for version 3.22.2 not been created? GeoToad starts up 
with the message that this upgrade has been released, but I don't see it at 
http://geotoad.googlecode.com/svn/branches/downloads/files/ , the latest 
version on that page is still 3.22.1.

Downloads have been switched to Google Drive, reachable from either the Project 
Home for the current release, or the file "releases.json" in the top directory 
in SVN trunk.

Thank you, I have 3.22.2 up and running now. Perhaps it would be a good idea to 
include a short remark about the change of download location in the release 
notes?
