Upcoming changes to GS authentication: OAuth? #351

There are rumours that GS will move to OAuth. I'm not sure whether GeoToad can be modified to accomplish this. 3.27.1 will be released as a minor update, without taking this major change into account. I'm accepting patches, suggestions, etc.

Almost 6 years later, the "old" approach still works, so this doesn't seem to be urgent - closing for now.
