Should the Equipment app be installed by default? #264

Equipment made its way into the default INSTALLED_APPS in settings_changeme.py with this commit by @tjdett https://github.com/mytardis/mytardis/blob/93307cb1880dd88a2de5c446f469af74faf7b374/tardis/settings_changeme.py#L149

I personally think its fine to be in the code base but OFF by default, as it was in the past.

Was this intentional? A mistake? What do people think about reverting it?

I don’t think it should be in there, unless Tim has a reason he wants it there?
