Switch CSS framework to something more standard

Current default theme is a hacked blog template. We should make it easier to extend, and give it more predictable behaviour.

Suggested replacements:

• "Blueprint CSS":http://www.blueprintcss.org/
• "Twitter Bootstrap":http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/index.html
• "Skeleton":http://www.getskeleton.com/
• "1140 CSS Grid":http://cssgrid.net/

For some of these options, this would also provide a viable mobile interface.
